Important information about our policy

No Cancellations or Returns After Billing Date

Once your subscription has been billed, we cannot process cancellations or returns for that billing cycle. Please ensure you review your subscription status before the billing date of the 15th each month.

Damaged Products

If your product arrives damaged, we are here to help! Please follow these steps:

  1. Email us a photo of the damaged product as soon as possible
  2. Our team will review your submission and process a replacement
  3. A replacement will be made with the same product, or an equivalent product if the original is not available

Important Dates

  • Billing Date: 15th of each month
  • Ship Date: 1st of the following month
  • Cancellation Deadline: Before the 15th to avoid next month's charge
